Shipping & Returns
Once we have received your order we will confirm current stock availability and advise the likely dispatch date for any item not in stock.
We will send your order by Royal Mail (2nd class) or Special Delivery Next Day (if requested). We send orders Monday to Friday only with no weekend dispatch.
All our deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or a courier service.
Postage is calculated based on weight.
For UK delivery the costs will be calculated in the cart at checkout stage.
All other regions will need to contact us directly and the postage charge will be agreed with the customer before the order is finalised.
We are not able to send the following product sizes to America or Mainland Europe:
6″ x 16″, 11″ x 14″ and 12″ x 12″.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 – 4 business days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate.
